Event fee changes with contracts will remain until January 1, 2017. Anything thereafter changes will go in effect as agreed.

Fee Changes : Effective 10/01/16

60 day cancellation for Event return deposit

1 day event bookings: 6 months prior to Event

2 or more day event bookings: 1 year prior to Event

Arena rental over 5 hrs. Monday – Sunday $700.00 daily

Under 5hrs. Monday- Friday $450.00 daily

Practice Monday – Thursday $25.00 hourly 8-4…..2 hrs. minimum

Practice Monday – Thursday $50.00 hourly 4-10…..2 hrs. minimum

NO ENTRY FEES OR PRIZES GIVEN/NO DRAGGING OR UPKEEP

Event deposit $500.00

Extra tractor / Driver $50.00 PER HOUR

Special arena set-up/take down $150.00 per event…Includes: Tarps, Zip-Ties and Panels

Event move in/out $25.00 per hour (8am to 4 pm)….Prior days to event and days after

Event move in/out $50.00 per hour (after 4 pm)….Prior days to event and days after

Bleachers $100.00 per set

Outside arena Friday-Sunday $300.00….Per day per event w/o drag….add $50.00 per hr with tractor/driver….add $150.00 fo Special dirt work (Rolling ground in Main Arena & Warm-up)

Outside arena Monday-Thursday $150.00….Per day per event w/o drag….add $50.00 per hr with tractor/driver….add $150.00 fo Special dirt work (Rolling ground in Main Arena & Warm-up)

Inside stalls $30.00 nightly rented w/one bag of shaving

Outside stalls $35.00 nightly…shavings not included

Outside bull pens $75.00 per day….Used as horse stalls

Portable pens $20.00 First horse….$10.00 per horse up to 3 horses per day only…Designated area only…Panels not provided

No over night tie-up permitted

Shavings $10.00 a bag

RV spaces $35.00 nightly
